1. Using Ferry

Ferry provides an AI agent that resolves support requests based on the data and policies you connect. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide it.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Ferry to:

• Violate any law or regulation

• Send harmful, deceptive, or abusive content through the platform

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or resell the service without authorization

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed as described at checkout. Resolutions beyond your plan's included amount are billed per the rate shown on your plan. You can cancel anytime; no refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.

5. Data and content

You own the data you connect to Ferry. We only use it to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

7. Limitation of liability

Ferry is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Ferry after changes means you accept the updated terms.
